so happy for my 3 week of consistency! Started @ 138 ending at 148 as of today (: . My weight went down and up. Loss of fat and gain of muscle. I will add details in another 3 weeks 😊 as well as a before and after. So happy to finally get it right !
(going to keep my progress together to look back to for motivation 🙂)
back to work 😕 at least I did this last workout before I go in .
